WHY HONEST HYPNOBIRTHING?
Perhaps you've heard amazing hypnobirthing stories. Perhaps you've also wondered whether it's all a little too good to be true.
I get it.
Hypnobirthing can be incredibly powerful, but I don't believe in promising women a particular type of birth.
I teach you the techniques, knowledge and practical tools that can make a real difference — while also preparing you for the reality that birth can be unpredictable.
There is no one "right" way to give birth. A positive birth isn't defined by whether you used pain relief, needed an induction, birthed in water or had a caesarean.
What matters is that you understand your options, feel able to make informed decisions and have a birth partner who knows how to support you.
No judgement. No pressure to birth a certain way. No promises of perfection.
Just really good preparation for one of the biggest days of your life.

One of my favourite parts of teaching privately is seeing birth partners go from wondering what on earth they're supposed to do during labour to understanding just how important their role can be.
We'll make sure they know how to:
• help you use your hypnobirthing techniques
• create and protect a calm environment
• support you physically and emotionally
• understand what's happening during labour
• communicate with your care team
• help you ask questions and understand your options
• advocate for you when you're concentrating on giving birth

I teach families in Winchester, Andover, Stockbridge, Sutton Scotney, Whitchurch and nearby villages, with courses usually taking place in the comfort of your own home.
My comprehensive four-session course is designed for you and your birth partner, combining practical hypnobirthing techniques with the knowledge and confidence to prepare for birth, whatever path it takes.
